The following overviews my design work in CareerGarden.
Product Tagline: Plant your path.
Project Objective
CareerGarden aims to provide users with a gamified platform for goal-oriented career journaling and reflection. The project seeks to empower individuals to cultivate their professional paths through an engaging and secure mobile application.

About the Project
Through the W+TS ADA Tech Mentorship Program, our project team consisted of 2 Mid-Career Mentors and 6 university students from Canada and the US.
In the Ideation stage, the idea for CareerGarden sparked to develop a gamified application leveraging emerging tech to enhance social challenges for working professionals and university students.

Key Features
Reflective Journaling: Securely document career milestones, challenges, and aspirations.
Gamified Experience: Transform your career journey into an interactive adventure, unlocking virtual plants for each achievement.
Achievement Unlocking: Celebrate successes by unlocking diverse virtual plants, creating a personalized garden of accomplishments.

Business Case
Targeting professionals and students aged 18-35, CareerGarden addresses rising workplace and educational stress levels. It responds to the demand for a platform intertwining self-reflection and goal-oriented growth.
Existing apps focus on one aspect, but CareerGarden stands out by offering a unique space for cultivating soft skills, sharing insights, and showcasing personal development.
In the competitive job market, it presents a concise solution to the multifaceted requirements of modern career development with a wellness-oriented approach, meeting the needs of users seeking personal growth, mental wellness, and career advancement through engaging gamification.
